A massive makeover in 2005 made it clear that the Sitar group of restaurants was here to stay and to date Sitar Albion continues to be our most prized behemoth. Sitar Albion was the first and original Sitar Restaurant opening way back in 1990. Since its humble beginnings the restaurant has expanded several times and today seats over three hundred with a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
