We pride ourselves on what we make in house as well as our sourcing of local ingredients and produce. We believe we have achieved a balance between showcasing the best of the Central Coast region & delivering great value ( all with a view of the ocean!) From cured salmon, smoked speck, olive & rosemary bread, relishes, aioli & jams all the way through to slices, muffins & brownies we make them all from our little kitchen. If we don't make it we choose local quality producers such as The Egg Shed, La Tartine Organic sourdough, East Coast Beverages & Constant Cravings Cakes to supply & create the goodies!
