Situated at the 5 star Relais & Chateaux property, Tower Lodge located in the Hunter Valley NSW, Nine only seats 12 special guests at any one time. Providing a new level in dining diversity, each guest is surprised with a decadent 9 course degustation menu with the option of matched wines for each course.
Accompanying the specially selected wines from around the globe is an array of Riedel varietal glassware to match every style of wine on the wine menu. Along with the special glassware Nine also provides the most elegant and unique selection of wine decanters to ensure every wine is treated with the utmost care.
