Since October 2004 one restaurant has been providing the Newcastle and Hunter with a unique dining & cultural experience. Using the Newcastle harbour side as a backdrop, the Namba family has oneself in the food & culture of Japan. Nagisa prides itself on using authentic family recipes that have been handed down through generations. Since opening, the Teppan-yaki bar has been the showcase but like all great restaurants the simple things like a piece of fresh sashimi or the crunch of the light Tempura will always delight. |
