2012 AT BACCHUS - Degustation Dining + Cocktails. Never ones to rest on our laurels, we have two new exciting ventures for the New Year.
Saturday evenings will now be ‘Degustation Dining’, with a range of menus to choose from: Tasting Menu (4 courses for $90pp), Degustation Menu (6 courses for $120pp), Menu Gourmand (8 courses for $140pp).
Optional wine matches will be available, and as always, dietary requirements will be catered for with prior notice.
January will also see the launch of the ‘Cocktail Degustation’. This 3 course menu featuring drinks designed by Chris Woodger, will be offered for only $50pp. It will explore the ideas of flavour, scent and texture in beverage form, with a few treats to keep you guessing.
Perfect for a relaxed evening out.
